1. The product

Companion Layer is a read-only Windows overlay for Warcraft III 1.26a. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. The product observes game information and does not control the game for you.

2. The two plans

30-day: a time-limited license intended to provide access for 30 days from the point stated in the final checkout.

Lifetime: a one-time license intended to provide a durable entitlement to the purchased product edition. First activation still requires an internet connection. “Lifetime” does not mean an air-gapped copy, unlimited future features, or unlimited support; the final checkout will state the update and support scope clearly.

3. Use of a license

A license is for the purchaser's own use and is not for resale, sharing, key publication, bypassing activation, or tampering with the license service. Access may be suspended or revoked for a reversed payment, fraud, deliberate abuse, or a material breach of these terms.

4. Refunds and digital delivery

Mandatory consumer rights still apply; this page does not remove them. Before live checkout goes online, the purchase flow will explain when digital delivery starts and, where required, ask for explicit consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of any resulting loss of a withdrawal right.

As a practical policy, an unused and unactivated license can be reviewed for a refund. After a license has been activated or used, a refund may be refused to prevent “activate, refund, keep the key” abuse, except where the law requires otherwise or the product cannot be delivered as promised. An approved refund or chargeback ends the license and invalidates its sessions.

5. Availability

The service may need maintenance, and game updates or changes outside our control may affect compatibility. We will describe known compatibility limits honestly and will not promise that every future game build is supported.

6. Before launch

The seller's legal identity, contact route, final prices, tax treatment, support scope, governing law, and legally required consumer information will appear here and in checkout before any real payment is accepted.
